On the third day of Christmas 🎄 my true love ❤️ gave to me .. ..a postcard! 💌

The first postcard ever sent, in 1843, was a hand painting, sent as a joke.

Until the rise of social media, postcards were the cheap and fast way to send personal greetings around the world.

Postcard volume has declined by 80% in the US in the last 20 years, as one example.

But many people still like the personal touch of a Christmas 💌 🎅 postcard..
